From my understanding (google searching) I would have to buy a video streaming recorder program, in that case what format would these videos be in (to ensure a program supports that format)

It plays in a newly opened web browser. You have to install the active X control and it installs web divx player.

when u play them .. it saves it under temporary internet files in internet explorer .. just search for .avi

I don't think you can download them, you just have to watch them. Need active x and divx player.

However you can download any motion on your screen using a program called FRAPS... unfortunately, it's not free.
