need help removing file

so i have this file that was supose to be a movie and now i cant do anything with it

i tried:
-deleting it
-deleting it in safe mode
-quarantining it with norton

and the results are it slowing down my computer like crazy and then saying that it is being used by another program but that doesnt make sense if it was a movie :rolleyes:

so how the hell do i get this pos off my computer?

hit ctrl+alt+delete and see if its running as a TSR under processes. if it is, tell it to stop running, then try delete it.

I had the same problem with a jpg file last year with my old computer. Eventually the computer died, but I never did figure out how to get it off even through hours of research.
