Downtown education institution is searching for a full time (9:30am to 6pm), entry level administrative assistant/Program Coordinator.

Personality:

The ideal candidate must be outgoing, well organized, self-motivated, reliable, friendly, enthusiastic, and ethical. Possessing a pleasant phone manner, a positive attitude and professional appearance, the candidate should have the ability to learn quickly and be able to multi-task, as well as interact and communicate with students in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

Fluent English speaking and writing skills is required.

General administration experiences (working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, calendar and contact management system), sales and marketing experience will be assets, as this position does entail some interviewing and recruiting work.

Office is highly automated and familiarity with Macintosh operating system and strong internet research skills a bonus.

Duties:

Responsibilities include greeting students and visitors in the office and on the phone, general office duties, preparing documents and correspondences, marketing and recruiting, and assisting with registration.

Entry level between $10-20/hour depending on experience, qualification and personality I suppose.
