Hey all, looking to sell my desktop computer (preferably as a single unit) as I'm looking to buy a new laptop for school and the desktop is too stationary now for my needs.

The computer includes:

Thermaltake Shark Series Black
Retails around: $150.00

Intel Core 2 Duo e6600 clocked at 2.89ghz SOLID, on air, with nary a whisper of noise coming from the large Zalman heatsink.
Retails around: $280.00 for processor and $50.00 for Zalman CNPS7700-Cu CPU heatsink

Asus P5W DH Deluxe CrossFire motherboard.
Retails around: $260.00

OCZ 2GB Dual Channel DDR2 PC2-6400 Platinum Rev. 2 (4-4-4 timings)
Retails around: $200.00

Enermax Liberty Modular Power Supply, 620W
Retails around: $160.00

Seagate 250GB Barracuda 7200.10 SATA II w/ NCQ, 16MB Cache
Retails around: $70.00 (damn, hard drives have gotten cheap eh?)

ATI Radeon X1900XT 512MB
Retails around: $300.00

Soundblaster X-Fi Xtrememusic
Retails around: $100.00

Hauppauge WinTV PVR 150MCE
Retails around: $150.00

And, of course, the obligatory mouse and keyboard, etc. (Logitech MX1000)

System is without OS, so if you'll need one, you'll have to get one.

All in all the system would start to clock in around $1700.00 if you were to buy it all retail (and at current prices, too, not what I paid when I originally got them). Of course, since it's used, I was thinking something more like $1200 OBO .

PM me with offers, reasonable ones will be considered, and parting out will ONLY be considered under the condition that there is enough interest in all the various parts by themselves. The last thing I need is to have more parts laying about uselessly.

Oh, and also, I have a 21" Gateway Widescreen LCD with a 1000:1 true contrast ratio and component imputs that, with desktop gone, would probably become pointless... So I'm willing to sell it for $300.00 OBO. Online the monitors seem to come in at around $550.00 or so new.

Anyways, let me know what you think.

Well, not that I don't appreciate your opinion, but you're way off the ball. First off, this isn't generic run of the mill ram, mobo, etc. (not that OEM stuff is bad, but anyone who's really into computers will know where I'm coming from). The motherboard is also a crossfire board, which you're lucky to get in any prebuilt system. Plus, take into account the sound card, tuner, etc.

Whatever. You know what? The computer isn't for sale anymore, close the thread please. I hooked it up to my TV and now I'm happy as pie.

Peace.

Its been for sale for a month. I didn't mean to offend you, just thought you might like an explanation why no one has bought it.
