WTB: P4'ish or so computer for email/home use

my neighbour's old 350mhz just crapped out, so I'm looking for a replacement to suit their email/internet surfing needs.

needs to be:
quiet'ish (hence the P4 or celeron..)
inexpensive

would like:
2.0+ghz
winXP
dvd-rw
low'ish profile case
NIC
512+ ram or so

don't care much about:
video card

if you have a cheap LCD, I may be interested in that too (might just buy one new though..) also open to any suggestions.

I might have something for you.. i think its an AMD 3400+ cpu system. It might be missing a couple things like a hard drive, but I can get a small 40gig. PM me and maybe we can work something out. Ill have to stop by my parents to check and see
