Try Memory Express, they have replacement fans/coolers for video cards.
I have a stock one for a series 6 card I replaced with a Zalman, you can have it for $5.00 but you have to resolder the connector back on.

What size and type hard drive are you looking for (IDE/Sata) etc.

HDD is for a PS2 i'll be using.

IDE, i think the max allowed is 200GB. Min 80GB.
