new a1200 (ming) need help!!

i just bought a motorola a1200 and i put my sim in the phone turned it one everything seems ok except my phone doesnt receive calls.... whoevers calling me there phone just rings then goes to my voice mail ! is there something i need to set for me to receive calls......keep in mind it dosnt register missed cal or anythin but rogers sends me a text everytime they try to call wiht there number saying i missed the call.....ayone?

I'm having a problem receiving incoming calls due to Fido having a free name display promotion, you just need to call in and get them to remove it and it should work
