I just did a quick search and CO is what kills you, so Honda may be misleading us...lol yeah yeah it's probably more for the environment and it probably has low CO emissions as well.

Newer cars (last 15 years) are clean enough that dying from CO poisoning is rare, most people die from asphyxia from CO2 inhalation.

No i am pretty sure he ment what he said. You emit CO2 when you breath, so by not breating you dont emit any CO2
