My wife and I had good results with the Lefebre Clinic in Calgary. She lost 65 pounds, I lost 40, and we have (mostly) kept the weight off, although it is an ongoing battle to keep up the good eating habits. You just pay an single fee ($40 I think), and the remaining weekly visits to the clinic are covered by Alberta Health Care.

Here's their website:

Simple, Diet's work but people don't have the will to maintain them.. Pity. Lifestyle change works wonder. STAY COMMITED.

People have gotten so weak flavour and taste determine what we eat and why? To feel good?

What's make you feel better a lean fit body or a pizza for 10mintues until you're bloated anyway. Tough choice.
