View Full Version : My New Car.....JDM Pimpin in the West Indies

Finally got a car to match my username :D

Even better, it's down here in the West Indies. I'm going to be here till next September for school so it's the perfect time to buy a car. I'll sell it to another student prior to leaving.

It's a 1990 200SX powered by a CA18DET. Bought it from one of my friends from Vancouver who is down here on the island, he's graduating from the island next semester so it was his time to sell...lucky for him I was here to pick it up as no one else at school wants a sports car (most people want SUV's as the roads to their houses are bumpy...mine is paved so no worries).

Car is in great shape, the previous owner has kept it up to date maintainence wise. Clean in and out and pulls hard!

In typical Beyond style it is of course the quickest student car in the parking lot hehe :D Even beat a modded R33 owned by one of my friends from Surrey, his car never seems to run right and this pulled on him.

The only mods on this car are a Greddy Turbo Timer and an exhaust.

It's the first gas powered car that I've owned...driving it is totally weird since I'm used to the low RPM power of a TDI.

shadap lammer/lam-boy/my-accounts-get-lost-boy :D. Not sure whether the exhaust was put on in Japan or by the first person who brought the car to the island, I am probably going to cut the "DTM part" off the tips so they come straight out.

dj_honda: Oh believe me....we study. I haven't been to this particular beach in almost 8 months. I'm staying here on the island during my 2 week summer break so I can actually enjoy what the West Indies has to offer.

nice ride...if u can try and make a trip to Antigua I think there is a large drag meet for the caribbean countries coming up on the 17th-19th August in Antigua
