See, towards the last bit, just when the guy starts stapling him back together, you can see and odd bulge in the thighs of the legs half.

I'm guessing that this is the midget guys foot attached to some sort of stilts for the rest of the leg.

The lower legs guy though must be REALLY small... haha

Actually ... the guy on top doesn't seem to be a midget.
Normally, midgets have short arms and legs as well (disproportional limbs). That guy seems to have a normally proportioned upper torso with arms at the right length of a normal person.
But the idea is right ... I think there ARE two people. Just that the guy on top might be an amputee.

Yah he could have done a better job acting like he didnt know the lady he split in half, he totally rushed her onto the bench, didnt really ask her if she would be fine with him having his hands on her gunt.. just went to town lol.
