Guess you don't watch much rally....

Most rally cars are front-wheel drive.

Even at the WRC level, the citroens were all front-wheel(and winning) until they changed to the new Xsara (still winning)

Are most of them not converted to 4wd?

I heard most drivers start out with FWD, then onto RWD and finally AWD

Nope, don't watch much rally. I've done offroading before though and it doesn't make sense to me to drive FWD.

Pretty spectacular crash though.
