Does anyone know what the black stuff in the middle lane of Southbound Deerfoot is, just before the 17th Ave/Blackfood turn off. Looks like it's slippery, thought someone would have cleaned that up by now.

Been there for at least a month I think. If its that patch about the size of two or three cars. weird

Whatever it is, it isn't slippery any more that I can tell. It looks like a really thin layer of tar maybe.

ya i drive over it almost every day going to work and it doesnt seem slippery at all.
