Hey folks, just a feeler thread to see if anyone is interested in going in on an executive style rental home.
My lease is ending and I'm trying to find people in a similar situation that I'm in:
- young (21-30)
- professional (employed with a decent income, not a full time student)
- desiring an upscale or executive style residence
(nicely furnished ie; not ikea, the big screens, pool table, GQ subscription, along those lines)
- willing to pay in the neighborhood of $750-800 (ideally split 3 ways)
I'm not in the position to purchase right now, especially with the market the way it is, and have been looking at a number of rental homes in the 2000-2500 /mnth range, in areas within a 15-20 min drive to downtown.
Ideally looking for 1 guy, and 1 girl, but gender isn't especially important.
I'm 24, working as a field tech for an oilfield service company (away from home a fair bit) but trying to make the transition to sales and marketing downtown in the next few months.
