You may want to specify which area of the city. It's highly unlikely you'll get anything the downtown core or beltline for less than $1200-$1500 unless there is something significantly wrong with it. You may want to check bridgeland as a friend of mine just got a 1 bedroom older place for about $950 per month. Good luck!
