I like how the report states he "bumped" into the meridian while not negotiating a curve properly.

How the HELL do you tear off a limb in a bump AND THEN not even know? :dunno:

edit- I understand shock works in many powerful ways, but wouldn't you at least look?

probably didn't notice till he went to shift gears or apply the brakes (depending which leg it was). Funny that he didn't notice the blood. You'd think blood would be gushing everywhere when you have a limb severed like that.
