Leather repair... HELP please

So, I was vaccuming out the Accord today, and when I went to put some leather care stuff on, I noticed that there is a nice sized crack right on the front side of the back seat :guns: :( ... This one is right through the leather, but the front drivers seat is almost getting to this point too.

Anyways, does anyone know of a good place that can repair this crack, and hopefullt condition the leather or something to help prevent more cracking in the front seats???
I really need this done soon, so any help would be greatly apprechiated.
