Whats the best time to show up for secret street to spectate?

For those racing:

I would show up around 8-830, that way you dont sit in Tech for an hour.

I showed at 815 a few weeks back, and I was paid, formes filed and teched in 20 min.

For those Spectating:

9pm to 9:30

i got there i think at 8 and waited probably a half hour before they let me go...but i went from 9ish-12 and got like 7 runs in, haha

Racing is "supposed" to start @ 8:30pm, but there's usually some delay, so yeah 9:00pm would be good for spectators....
