Hey, i'm wondering if anyone here who has done chipping or owns hondata, knows were to get EPROM burners for cheap (like under $150). I'v been to active electronics in the NE and their EPROM burners are going for aleast $600 to $7000....too pricey.
Just to give ya an idea of my setup, heres what i got so far:

-PM6 1990 civic si ECU with external EPROM ( ZIF socket replaces the stock ROM)
-27C256 EPROM UV erasable(used to repace stock ROM with the modded fuel/ignition maps)
-Mazda 626 IHI RHB5 turbo
-89' civic std hatch exaust manifold with 1/2 inch mild steel adaptor plate to mate the turbo to manifold.
-"black top" DSM 450cc injectors
- 1st gen DSM BOV
-misc charge pipes
-looking for a intercooler, pm me if ya got one for cheap!

I'll be using winhex and http://www.ghettodyne.com/ to chip

Homemade style, just the way i like it

hmm, ok is the software win? Needham's Electronics, i believe, correct me if i'm wrong, used to have DOS software running most of their lower end burners a while back. That unit is kinda old, i believe it is around $350 cnd, brand new. I'm still shopping round, so please don't think i'm serious in buying. Thankyou for the offer though.
