Amazing that no one's hurt! Especially the 2 dudes that jumped out from the cockpit window just within the SAME SECOND the engine blew up!!! Wow!

Anyway, China's world class QA strikes again... :(

The plane must have been a poor quality "Made in China" knockoff....either that, or the pilot couldn't see over the dash.

the plane was boeing and the airline is taiwanese.

FYI, Taiwanese has a VERY poor safety record. Planes are poorly maintained. I don't think anyone is sane enough to fly with them unless you have to.

Yeah, Boeing 737-800. It was supposedly delivered to China Airlines on July 26 2002.
