What would the amortization and interest paid on principle be like with that low of payments?

found a renter the rent is more than my mortgage payment and condo fees so im paying off the mortgage and taking a lil money home each mont.
so if someones looking to sit on something that wont cost you anything i will still sell it.

i don't think you can say it won't cost us anything..
isn't a 214k mortgage (0 down) at least 1200? plus condo fees / utilities?
