You're thinking of The Chocolate Bar on the corner of 17 Ave & 14 St SW. Good cheesecake there too.

Decadent Desserts is on 17 Ave & 10 St SW.

Their cheesecake is horrible! Though, the food there is pretty good. They have some good desserts too (Chocolate Brownie), but I can't stand their cheesecake at all.
