COP was decent this year... they totally neglected the bottom half of the downhill course though... i still cant complain for a good hill in the city though.. its the best place to go to learn or to master your riding skills before you head out to fernie or whistler.. i was out there 4-5 times a week until i got the itch to spend most of my weekends at fernie...

i love those NWD videos, nobody supermans like cam mcaul...

Too bad there was no video running the time I came up short and hammered the wrong side of a double. Took that nice metal bar end right in the unit, god damn thing poured a spoonful of blood out of it every time I took a piss for the rest of the day/night. And I pissed a lot cause it was a stag. :eek:

The new drop in series is pretty gnar as well, you can watch some episodes on rip.tv. As far as freeriding goes... DB is the man, his segment in ROAM with his brother is so intense. For DH, steve peat and nathan rennie are definitely my idols.

nothing finishes off a great riding season like a few new scars and some nice new scratches on the bike as well!
