Downtown Shower / Towel Service

I work at Bow Valley Square and want to ride my bike to work (Bow valley club is way too expensive)

Are there any places downtown you can just use the showers before work?

I'm really surprised to hear there are no showers at Bow Valley. At the Altius building, we have them somewhere, but I've never had to use them.

We have a shower and a small locker room in one of our washrooms in BV3.
