Wanted: Assumable Home in NW without qualifying.

cash to mortgage up to $100,000

No overpriced homes

Neighborhood preference:
Hamptons
Edgemont
Hawkwood
...I would prefer to move closer to the Hamptons because my parents are in the Hamptons but if I get a home in the Edgemont/Hawkwood, that might work for me also.

2200sq ft and bigger

prefer something with a walkout basement.

Basement development is a plus.

Remember, I am looking for homes with an assumable mortgage only and must be without qualifying

There is a company called New Prominent ... they have some assumable mortgages that are NICE in the N.E tho!

Why dont you send me your email address and I will send you all the listings in the NW with cash to mortgage for under $100K. I can set you up with an email notification that will send you listing with these criteria as soon as it is posted before it go on the MLS.

D.Dub, did you mean 100K is little? I had a chance to grab one in Royal Oak last week with similar criteria for 39K down but it just wasn't my style.
