Please help find this douchebag!

My mom was driving down Crowchild Tr. doing the speedlimit when she got rearended and almost lost control..
The guy who hit her must have been doing at least 120kmph judging by the damage done to her car since she was doing 80kmph. How he hit her while she was doing the speedlimit and there was not very much traffic according to her, I don't know.
They both pulled over. He got out of his truck and wanted to just get her info and leave. She told him no, she is calling the Police because there is more than $1000 damage easily to her car (98' Escort).

He gets back in his truck and waits for a bit.. She is on Hold with the Police.. he comes back demands her info and tells her doesn't have "fucking" time for this and that she has the wrong attitude.. He then procedes to get in his truck and fuck-off just as the operator answers her call. So after over a week the police haven't been able to trace this scumbag.

She did write down his license plate right after they pulled over so the Police were able to get the info on the guy.

Please keep an eye for a Silver 03' Dodge Ram with a dented front bumper (she said there wasn't much damage to the Ram at all)
License Plate is ENS-632 Alberta Plate..

Please just call 266-1234 if you see it.

Thanks!

Hope your mom is ok from being hit, a Escort versus a RAM is not good.

I hate people like that the shrug off the responsibility of causing a collision and taking off.

Too bad the police couldn't track down the guy with the registration information that would be pulled up from the plates. In either case, I'll keep an eye out.

My mom is doing ok. Her back and neck are screwed up.

She just got rearended not even 6 months ago sitting at a red light as well.

we thought.. they have the plate they should have no problem finding the guy but they left a message the other day saying how apparently he has moved and left no forwarding address.. they are forwarding this to the Hit and Run Unit now I guess.

They also said the owner of the truck doesn't have a valid license.. I am thinking probably no insurance either.

I dont know why they dont bother chasing these guys, my buddy got rear ended at a light by some drunk punk kid in a company vehicle and he walked around for a bit got back in his van and drove off through the red light. we had the license plate and business name. and the cops just "couldn't find him"

It's bull shit. you have all the info for that vehicle. Do your damn job and get the guy? how hard can that actually be?

I hope you guys get him. bug the cops like no ones business until they do something about it.

good luck,

I had a hit and run and the cops were there within two minutes and caught the bastard, so its not like they don't care.

Question for you... if you guys have his plate they still cant find him? They should have records of his move and that shouldn't they? Maybe the fucker needs to have a license with his address valid hey

Yea I dont get it. My brother got gas from canadian tire once and forgot to pay(actually...in a big hurry). And the store employee called the cops, got the license plat off the camera, and the cops were at our house 1 hr later. (my brother went back an paid, no problem there). But how come its different when there is a hit and run! thats rediculous. even if he moved you would think they would have access to records to find out where...

How would the cops have that record if he didn't change his license? Believe it or not, the cops don't have up to date information on every single person.

Thanks!

Still nothing from the police..
I wonder if there is any other way to find this guy's address.. like dealerships with records of service on his truck or something..
