Pool Cue Repair?

I have a pool cue and the tip has been broken off. I had it replaced before, but it was done for free by an amateur and broke off again 2 days later. I don't use it hard, and I wasn't the person who originally broke it. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get it fixed and the approx price?

i bought a cue repair kit from some pool store downtown, and after fixing all my tips with that they have never broke again
ive seen something very similar at walmart/canadian tire but am not sure about its quality
