Hey does anybody have a clue what might be causing this? When I put the cluth in i hear a squeaking noise, just started hearing it today. Any help would be very welcomed! thanks.

how do I go about correcting this, other than taking it into honda?
edit: how much does it cost to replace the release bearing?

you have to drop the tranny etc.. might as well replace the clutch while you are in there! I think the clutch is about 4-5 hours book time

Does it squeak constantly with the clutch in (release bearing) or just when the pedal is being pushed? You could just need to lube the pedal if it's just a short squeak when you push the pedal.

Its just when i push the cluth pedal in, not when i release it. But the sound is comming from the outside, so inside the engine compartment.
is that the same thing as a throw out bearing?
