Telus phones

Can I use phones that I buy off the net with Telus? The one I'm looking at was originally used for Bell.

Telus won't allow any other provider's phone's on their network. Before (last summer) you used to be able to use any CDMA phone on Telus' network but not anymore. If it's a foreign ESN (not in their bank of ESN's) they won't allow it on their network.
