Massage places?

So my chiropractor has recommended I go get a massage to loosen up some muscle groups.

I'm looking for a decent place in the NW preferably, but not 100% neccesary.
The cheaper the better, without sacraficing quality of course.
Must be walk-in availablity.

I go to Silver Springs Massage Clinic... Not exactly walk in... but you usually get in within a day or 2... it's $100 for 90 minutes... Haven't had a bad massage from there yet....
