I'm pretty sure I got caught by radar on 14th st going 70 in the 50 zone =(

Heh .. ive gotten a ticket going 75 on a 50 zone and my ticket was 150.... so ionno now this was a year ago ... and it was my first speeding ticket so....

26 over for me and it was 156, so your is likely around 130 maybe?

According to the City of Calgary information, the fine is $124 and 3 demerits (15+ km/hr over).

Sweet that's not soo bad then.
I was thinking it would be something outrageous, $150 is still a lot but better than I thought.

Yeah you really gotta be carefull on 14st there is always some sort of radar on that road.

yeah there are abour 3-4 different regular radar spots between the intersections of MacEwan drive and 16th Ave on any given day.

The worst is when you are westbound to 17th avenue, you go over memorial, and down that little dip, and then back up, of course since you just went down a hill you are going like 60-70, and they are always waiting at the top.

A friend of mine goes that way on a regular basis and she got hit there twice.
