The new one Mcleoud trail isn't bad at all. I went in to get parts for my EK and they were very knowledgeable and even got one of the salesman to take the time to come show me the new civic and fit and offered to let me take one for a test drive....didn't have time too but still they seemed real nice. maybe give them a try

When I owned my Honda's I found:

-T&T was the best overall
-Honda West was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with ......ever!
-Crowfoot Honda was below average in service and sales

T&T is very good to deal with. They are the highest volume dealer in Calgary and i have never been ignored in there. I would agree that Honda West is horrid. No comments on Crowfoot.

T&T honda

I have to disagree with the comments above. I walk in there looking for a car. and I was completely ignored. the recetionist didnt even off to page someone to help me. although my parents have purchase 3 vehichles from them

I have had better service at Calgary honda

all and all its your desicsion

having worked at T and T i can tell you that they are likely the best. Used cars... probbly not..... but the new car side and service is top notch.

High River Honda will beat any prices in town if that's all you care about. A bit out of the way for service work though.

This attitude you get there may sadly depend on what you look like.

Usually younger people get less help because they often look like they can't afford the car or just want a free test drive to pass time.

Once I went to T&T honda with one of my friends who is black and noone would help him out. I was really disgusted by that as he was a serious buyer for a civic.

Bought my Civic from T&T, were very nice and helpful. Usually do maintenance at Calgary Honda, good service and nice salesmen when I went to test drive the Pilot.

Does anyone know which dealer is the best one to get OEM parts from (price wise?)

I'm looking for a set of
4 x 12342-PG6-000
These are the spark plug tube seals for a b16a. T&T quoted $10 each and Honda West quoted $9.20.

Call around for a quote, Calgary Honda is great and they respect their clients, always top-notch.

I know you said Calgary.. but if I could make a suggestion..
20-30 minutes away is High River Honda.. which is EXCELLENT
service is top notch, prices are the lowest for oil change etc

if you're planning on buying a car, then this is the place to go.
After purchasing a car, you get a card called a 5/15 card which means you get 15% off ALL products and services (maintenance, parts, tires etc) for 5 years.
I got quite a deal on my HFP kit for the 06 civic with this card because I decided to buy it after i purchased the car.

Other than that.. T&T honda has always been a good place to go as well.

I agree:thumbsup:

Honda West was the worse in my case. When changing my brakes I also told them to machine my rotors and when I picked up my car they didn't do it (and charged me the price of brakes + rotor machining). I asked them why and they didn't have an answer for me. Their solution was to charge me another 150 for the labor of taking off the brakes again to get at the rotors (even though they fucked up). So I brought the car to Crowfoot and they did the rotor machining under warranty (even though I didn't ask). Been taking the car there ever since.

I am the opposite here, always had great service at honda west, and not so good at crowfoot, so we go to honda west even though crowfoot is a lot closer.cant say for the rest.

we are a very busy dealership, chances are everyone was tied up when u walked in. calgary honda has less traffic, so they mightve seemed like they had better service, but by working at both places tandt honda is definately alot better

to be completely honest... from a service point of view, there isnt much of a difference between T&T and Calgary Honda. iv taken my lude to both multiple times and both have given me very good treatment.

I deal with T&T a lot, and they are usually pretty good to me even thought I am "young". Their shuttle bus service sucks, but a loaner Civic is only $10. :P The salesman let me take a new Si Sedan out without any real questions. They never reset that service light though! usually 500K after an oil change they MR light comes on. I think they don't treat their salespeople too well because they are always changing dealerships.

Calgary Honda SUCKS! Service dept. anyway. T&T is pretty good. Always had good service from High River. Just my 2 cents.

I personally like Honda West best.

T&T would be my second choice.

Bumping this thread from the dead. Looking to buy a Fit sport this week and am wondering the best Dealership to approach. I walked into Crowfoot Honda and they didn't seem interested in giving me any negotiating room in regards to price. Also, what is a $495 "document fee" ?

I had a good experience at Airdrie Honda. There really isn't much negotiation room on Fit's and Civic's though.

Although I'm sure all dealers can't move much on the Fit, Crowfoot Honda is still a place you don't want to end up out of the 6 dealers in the Calgary area.

I have heard many good things from Airdrie Honda. I have not had a Honda for almost a decade. Calgary Honda did a great job when I had my Civic.

If you're in the South end give Okotoks Honda a try. Cam or Kerry are straigh shooters.

We use their service department for the wife's car, good experiences for the last few years.

Hmm yeah my buddy just bought a new CRV from Honda West because they were the only ones willing to deal. T&T wouldn't budge. I've also heard good things about Airdrie.

T&T Honda. Been going there since 2005 and have had top notch service every time.

If you're looking to buy a new car... stay away from Okotoks Honda, horrible service and they refused to negotiate... then they pestered us with phone calls AFTER we had bought our car from T&T saying "why didn't you buy from us? we would have price matched!"

EDIT: Looking at the other comments on Okotoks Honda it could've just been the salesman but TBH he was a complete douche!
