Was in Future Shop last night and they had this TV on sale (floor model) for $2499 (regular $3999). It's a 70" 1080p HD-ILA (LCoS) tv... looks perfect other than a few scratches on the side.
I'm aware that as a floor model the lamp is probably going to die soon, but from what I've read JVC's lamps are only like $199.
Wondering if anyone has had any experience with JVC's or with this TV in partiticular? I've read good and bad reviews but I know there are a few people on here that keep up with all this stuff so I thought I'd ask.
BTW, I did buy it... but haven't picked it up yet. And I can always return it within 30 days...
