Hey....

My Type R and I got in a fight with a bear.. needless to say, the bear did a number on the front of my car!!!

Good news though insurance will pay to fiz the body panels!! the engine and frame are all perfect.. just a dent on the fender, hood and rad support.. BUT... those ITR fan boys all know that new fender, hood, rad support and headlights all come in a JDM conversion!!!!!!!!

So I have the opportunity to JDM the front of my car for almost nothing but it seems like everyone with testicles and an integra are doing it... Is it worth it?

I also have to use the car when winter comes around....

the jdm from end conversion is what makes an integra look raw!

Personally, i don't get why people blow $ for JDM conversions on these old cars. If your insurance will cover it, do it!

I want to hear more about this bear story

They are everywhere for a reason. They look alot better then the North American version, and still looks clean. I say go for it, especially if its almost free:thumbsup:

Do it, it makes the rest of the car look nicer because all the lines are cleaner and matching.

DO IT! I don't give a shit if it's a fad, it's nice as hell. The bug eyes on the Integra make it look retarded.

HAHAHA wow..

Well it looks like my insurance will cover it soo i will have to see if jdm source still has one!!!

and the bear story isn't much of a story..

I was driving along highway 1.. a little faster then i should have :D and my headlights blacked out and i noticed it was moving.. soo i turned to go behind the bear but it was a fat ass bear.. then there was a BOOM and a SMACK as the bears head hit my passenger door :drama: then i pulled over.. and steam was everywhere (i have a SMALL crack on the plastic part of the rad but when you have been driving for hours it is pretty hot in there..) and my HID wires grounded out soo it had a little electrical fire.. anyways we got out of the car.. called the cops and a tow truck.. the cops came and shot the bear to kill it and we wrote up a statement..

Thank god it is all body damage.. no frame damage at all

That's about it in a nut shell!! it just clipped the front right headlight soo there isn't that much damage but paint costs alot!!

You should stick the bears head and paws on the front of your car. That'd be WAY more unique and hawt than a JDM conversion! BTW, thats a pretty interesting story haha
