To be honest, if it's a) open box and b) been played/used, you've already lost $30-$40 off the top, automatically. Add a month (or less) of usage and I think my offer is decent and fair for the condition. There is no way to make profit on a console anymore, you are gonna lose money if the box is open and the console is used, even just once.

So I stand by my offer of $240 and I am looking to buy this week.
