you dont. Its private information unless you know somebody that works at the registries, and if they do it for you, they can get in big shit. Give the police the plate number and let them deal with it.

k well its actually not a hit a run some mofo kicker my pass mirror off and all i have is a plate # of the fool who did it.

^ Its pretty much impossible to do it, even knowing someone that worked at the registries, she wouldn't do it for me since she could have lost her job on the spot, which really pissed me off since this blonde woman driver almost killed me in what could have been a major accident. :whipped:

It's a good thing you can't do this because every fucking thief in the city would be using it religiously. If you have a plate number related to a legitimate concern, then report it to the police.

Key word(s)- could have why do people try and make a big deal over shit that 'could have' happened? What would you do find where she lived and then went over there and been like you know you 'could have' killed me 2 weeks ago.:rolleyes:
