Volcano repair?

Hey so my buddy (haha seroiusly, my buddy, not me) dropped his volcano and it put a bit of a dent into it. Now it won't heat up. I think it's a simple fix... a connection to the heater element got jostled loose, or something down those lines.

I suggested prying it open but he doesn't want to. He bought it off of eBay, so there's no warranty to speak of. Is there a shop that repairs these things?

If it has no warranty just take it apart... They're fairly straight forward inside. Either that or clean it out good and send it over seas to the manufacturer for repairs and just pay the bill.

maybe possibly call grassroots they are like the volcano advocates. they been trying to get me to buy one for like 3 years now so im sure they would be able to point you in the right direction.
