L.F. Roommate - NW Calgary

I have a 4 bedroom house in Citadel, NW, shared accomodations and am looking for a roommate to fill one of the rooms. Private room, but the rest of the house is shared. Rent is $600/month plus ¼ utilities (water, heat, cable, wireless internet). Damage deposit $600.

House will be shared with 3 other males. On street parking. Close to bus stop. Roommate must be well mannered, organized, clean up after themselves and honor each other’s privacy and belongings. References necessary. Lease term 6 months or longer.

honestly i have tried to rent out rooms in my house on Beyond a few times now and haven't had any luck. i am not sure if this the only place you have an ad. But if it is then you are missing a big piece of the Calgary rental market.

i find www.rentfaster.ca ( cost $25 ) and www.rentspot.com ( free ) will get you lots of calls about your rentals. Just my 2 cents and GL with your rooms.

Thanks for the info, I haven't had much luck with beyond in the past either but always use rentfaster as well as a few other sites. Hopefully that will be enough, might look into an ad in the newspaper.

Its a very spacious house, most of the time none of us are home. Huge kitchen with lots of backyard space. If someone is interested I can work out a deal to have a garage parking space as well.
