After some heart-wrenching thought, I’ve decided to sell my baby.

I put around $11,000 over the past 12 months into it. As far as driveability, I drove it almost to Vancouver (Princeton) and back including a 4x4 trip within that vacation and it was flawless. The truck shows 217K on the odometer, however, the majority of the mechanicals on the truck have less than 5,000 kms of use.

Here is a comprehensive list of everything that was done to the truck:

Interior:
Dual ‘Bouncy’ seats from USDM Montero (seats have independent suspension for off road comfort and are very comfy on the highway)
Drivers side seat is from a USDM V6 truck (more side bolstering)
Pioneer CD Player
Cobra CB Radio
Rear seat removed

Suspension/Brakes/Steering:

3.5” Belton Suspension kit from Australia included:
Rear springs w/grease able shackles
Front and rear shocks (massive heavy duty)
HD Torsion Bars
Steering stabilizer

V6 Front Brakes (larger diameter rotors to stop the big tires) from USDM Montero
New pads and shoes
Cut front bumpstops, removed rear
Full alignment
Re-packed bearings & hubs
Synthetic grease in all chassis/steering lubrication points
New TRE's & Ball Joints

33.5” Goodyear MT/R tires on 16” American Racing Nitros (have about 75% tread)

Exterior:

2” Body lift
Cut Front bumper to allow for tire clearance
Removed Dodge grill & Raider/RAM badges
Chrome Mitsu grille from USDM Montero
Rear Badge from Mitsubishi

Underhood:

After disassembling the mess I made of the old motor (spun bearings to high heaven), picked up a bottom end from a USDM Montero in Seattle. Motor is a 2.6L inline 4 (4G54 or G54B depending on USDM or other markets)

Bored .030 over and subsequently increased displacement by .1 liter
New pistons & rings
Rods, Crankshaft, Clutch, Pistons, and Flywheel Balanced
Removed Balance Shafts
Everything ‘connected to the motor’ is new and I’m not going to list each part, but oilpump, waterpump, gaskets, coil, alternator, hoses, etc. Everything is new.
Weber 38 carb (noticeable increase in power, and impossible to flood off-road)
Removed emissions controls
2 massive electric fans from a Ford Taurus are mounted on the front of the rad
Rad is a 3 core (16L capacity)
‘Cool’ thermostat
New clutch
Synthetic fluids in diffs, tranny, and t-case
Gutted cat

Exterior of the truck still shines. Truck has some mild pinstriping from trails, there is a loonie-sized rust hole on the rear gate, and a small patch on the bottom of the passenger side quarter panel.

Price also includes all my spare parts (theres lots) including an alternator, starter, and a set of BF Goodrich all terrain T/A (31")

I am asking $8500 but am open to offers.
