These sleds are looking pretty good. Ski-Doo claims they're 33% stronger, even with the huge weight loss this year over last.
Anyone think the 151hp 800R will stay together this year? My Dad's 07 was one of the many that blew up last season, while my 04 800HO is still going strong on the original rings with over 5000km on them.

I watched all the video competitions on their website, really powerful machines. 150kgs shaved off is huge, too. The body style is really edgy, though. Lost some of those smoother lines.

I believe it's more like 40lbs they dropped off the previous year. I would believe that these REV XP's are 150lbs lighter then the Yamaha RX-1.

dude... i have a mountain cat 800 and these things are looking a whole lot nicer right now... anyone know about what theyll cost?

About $12.5K Canadian, or $10kUS

You can get an 04-05 REV 800 for $6k though, that's what I ride and it's very capable.

I wonder if they have the belt problems sorted out yet.. damn I must have sold 20 belts for every Rev last year. $150 for a belt and $60 for oil EVERY TRIP would break my bank fast..

Our Turbo Phazer from last year is still on it's first belt @ 2200 kms'.

The belt on my 04 REV lasts for 1200+km. There was another clutch recall/dealer update this summer.
