i just got this new sub for the car...need my old amp/cap installed.
+ i was thinking of putting the door speakers in but dont need to pay flat rate for that.
2chan bridged amp...1f cap

i wanted to keep the old amp in there too but i think its too powerful for my door speakers, 100x4 i only have 2 door speakers but it looks so good in the amp rack lol

it would be easy but i have never done it before and dont know where to start.

i have a 12" duel ported fiberglass box in the trunk and the amp built into the amp rack powering the current sub. but it is not powerful enough for my new sub.

use your existing wireing with the cap wired before the amp and then to your new sub
check the watt handling on your door speakers they should be able to handle 100 watts each so use your old amp for all your component speakers

do you have rear component speakers ?

what about fuses and all that crap?
i guess that will just leave 2 channels of the old amp open? i was planning on leaving the old one and bolting the new one/cap onto the back of the seat i guess.

fuses are usally not needed but do act as a safegaurd even though amps usally have some sort of safety bulit in
leavin two channels open on your amp is fine
if you want the inline fuses go to a a&b ,soundsaround type store and pick one up
