One unfurnished med size bedroom for rent in my clean and quiet house. The house is otherwise fully furnished and is located in the nice and quiet community of Monterey Park. There will be only 3 people including myself sharing the main floor which has a kitchen , living room , laundry and 1 1/2 bathrooms. All utilities including full cable and high speed wifi internet included. House is located one block from a bus stop and a 10 minute bus ride to Whithorn C-train station. Easy access to the airport and multiple shops in the area. I do have a friendly dog so person must like dogs. Smoking is permitted outside only. Looking for a M/F , mature , clean and quiet roommate.
