I will never watch a show that exploits kids for profits. It's a shame what society has come to... taking advantage of kids, filming them, not paying them... while the execs make all the big bucks.

 jk haha. BLUE!!! BLUE!!! BLUE!!! BLUE!!! BLUE!!! BLUE!!!

LOL he obviously didn't get the joke haha...

About those text2win things each week where they give away 10-20K to the lucky winner... they usually charge a $0.50/per text entry premium. Therefore say if a million people watching text in, they make like $480000/week.

So I guess rage does have a point

I think they must only get dumb contestants to go on the show. The question: What day of the week must a month start on for there to be a Friday the 13th?
The girl said Wednesday which wasn't even close. Then the kids answers were all over the place. The question was worth $50 000 or something.

It's that Lord of the Flies scenario that we always thought of as kids. When we were all young, I'm sure a lot of us (I know I did) wanted to live in a world of all kids. The novel provided insight into what it might be like, but to see it actually played out (albeit, probably heavily edited), is really interested.

^^ The younger kid started it, and ended up getting pushed around and crying haha. At least he learned an important life lesson... don't start shit you can't finish!

How long did they have to answer it? To be honest under pressure if there wasn't much time I'd probably get it wrong too.

^ Hahah, OH KIDS! Always eating or drinking something that makes them sick.

From what I've seen they're going to be allowed to eat meat next episode... they just have to slaughter and clean live chickens by for themselves.

Would you not try hard for $20,000????And wow bad decision they gave the gold star to that guy cuz he fetches water everyday...thats his friggin job as a labourer...whereas Greg, being upperclassmen, didnt have to do anything but butchered some chicken, washed dishes, carryed shit....the Council is dumb...and yes I find the show intriguing

The only part I saw was when the one Council guy said Greg is only doing it for the gold star and the money. Is there any other reason? Sure, the good of the town is pretty good too, but the money's a pretty damn good reason on it's own.

Not to mention that Greg totally won the competition for Blue.

i think its just like survivor, u cant overdo it.

the way i think the council sees it is that he is only doing that for the Gold star but i believe if he behaves like that for the entire season, he is bound to get the $20000. The other kids are too young to realise e real value of 20000.

Micheal seems to be a really nice kid so i think its well deserving.

I also think the challenges are pretty interesting , it aint that easy
