Pennoil Fully Synthetic oil on sale

4.73L for only $18.47 in Wal-Mart which is less than $4 per L
I think this is a good price for Fully Synthetic Oil. They have 5W-30 and 10W-30
The location is 5005 Northland Drive NW. I don't know if other location has the same deal.

Last weekend @ Marlborough Walmart they had boxes of 5x1L of Pennzoil synthetic + 1 bottle of Rain-x wax for $15 bucks
