Anyone ever heard of http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.5179 ??? It's a rip off of the iPhone, but I'd buy one just for novelty's sake if it wasn't a total POS.

the OS on that thing probably licks balls...i wouldnt risk it...but if you feel like being a one dollar balla then by all means do it big

I bought one to try it out, quality is what you expect... the OS is bullsh*t but the built in music player and the video player are actually not bad at all.
Battery life is average for the type of phone.
Connecting it to a computer for charging is fine, connecting it to move files is a pain in the ass you need to reboot the phone to go into its "MSD" mode.
The screen is actually very bright and looks very nice.

Call quality is actually pretty good. But here is the part that made me laugh. When some numbers call my phone it actually REBOOTS. Dropping the call in the process and NOT kicking them to my voicemail. So far I've only had one number that this has happened with, but even that is unacceptable. But then again I just bought it to check it out.

Hahahaha that's nuts. After that other thread about DealsExtreme I saw it on there and wondered how it was. For $159 I wasn't expecting much.
