WTB a sleek and thin camera

i'm looking for a used sleek and thin, point and shoot digital camera for my wife. maybe like a Canon SD750 or Sony cybershots. if you have one for sale, post them here.

atleast 6MP and 2.5" LCD but 3" will be better.

i dont want to buy a new one coz i'm buying a new DSLR and i just sold our S3 IS and she dont want to use the D80 bec. its too big. she wants something that she can put in her purse. lol

I got a really nice kodac one i have barly used. Full metal construction. Nice big screen. Easy share stand. Good flash. does video with sound, has view finder

Because SD1000 are only like $250 now brand new.

well it depends, but right now i might just buy a new canon SD750 or nikon coolpix S50 VR

^^ SD750 is a much better camera than the S50... Nikons compacts are slow, and I haven;t been overly impressed with the image quality from either the s500 or s50.

how about a sd900 and sd1000 compared to sd750? which is better? she likes the sd750 bec. of the 3" lcd. lol

SD900 is overpriced because its 10MP, (probably useless on a P&S) ... and it has a titanium body. The new SD950IS is going to be better because it still has the titanium body but also has IS.

I'd say though, if she wants the 3" screen, my number one choice would be the Canon SD870IS << brand new model... replaced the sd800is. Has the 3", 28mm wide angle (pretty handy on a P&S) ... and IS. Nice little camera... my dad has the sd800 and it takes great pics.

Second would be the SD750... which is cheaper but doesnt have the wide angle or IS.

Also ... some other good choices might be some of the Panasonics... if she doesn't mind something a little bigger, than maybe the TZ3... has a great range in the lens, but is bigger than a pocket size.
