View Full Version : Does anybody rent a parking stall in their condo? If so, h ow much?

I have been offered to rent an underground heated parking stall in my condo complex.

I have no idea what's fair and neither does the owner of the stall.

What are you guys paying per month for a parking stall?

depends where it is..


if it's in a nice building, downtown, I've seen 300+ /mnth

Each of my stalls costs me $45/mo in additional condo fees. So if I was to rent one of my stalls it would have to recoup that at least.

Yeah depends where... I know there's an underground, heated parking stall in my condo being rented at $400/month right now :eek:

I'm out in the SW in Discovery Ridge/New Discovery......so it's not that close to downtown.

I live just off Glenmore and 37th, technically considered beltline and it's still cheap.

Agreed, since nobody except other tenants are going to be interested in renting out a parking stall outside of downtown. I am assuming demand won't be very high and the owner will probably only want to recoup costs and little extra.

200 a month if u live inside of the inner city belt line of 17ave. and memorial.... within downtown
