How to insert a boarder in photoshop?

Help? Anyone? I think its possible, I just don't remember how

a few ways, first would be the plug in alien skin, second would be cange your background color to the color you want the boarder to be then go to image and then canvas size and then inlage it to whatever size you want to have for a boarder

Select what color u want ur border to be by clicking on the little square in the left menu(the second box is the one that u need to change not the first)

Select "Crop"

Select the whole image with the crop tool then pull the little squares to extend the border to however big u want.

then click the check mark at the top :)
