Old XBOX with a screwed DVD drive, original hard drive, softmodded with XBMC (XBOX Media Centre) loaded. Great for playing the video files off of your computer over the network. Probably enough room on the hard drive for an emulator too. Let's say $50. Shoot me a PM.

A couple of questions have come up. Accessories included are the power cord and standard A/V cables. No controller, but I've got the DVD remote for it.
