I was walking through an alley, when I saw a yellow, two door Cadillac. It looked stock, but at the same time screamed pimp mobile. It was likely from the late 70's early 80's and the defining thing about it was two fake wire spare wheels on either side behind the front wheels. It was so ugly I saw something in it. I'm positive it can't corner or accelerate, but I loved how strange this vehicle was. I can't imagine who the target buyer of such a monstrous, two door boat would be, but it was nonetheless a classic. Can someone help me learn more about this Cadillac?

We need to go back to the days when you could buy a 2 door caddy that was longer than a S-class. Things just aren't the same....

I'm sure Cadillac/GM would like to forget about that whole mid seventies to late eighties time period. A low point for most car manufacturers.
On the plus side, a person could easily put 2 V8's in that car and surprise most people! But it would still be ugly.

If I had a crushed velvet fedora I'd be all over that thing faster than Richard Simmons sweats to the oldies!

Here's one with the rare Targa top

I think they only came with that 500ci (8.2l) 190hp V8. They should bring it back with a more modern engine. And RWD/AWD.

The car your talking about is a 1980 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz.

There were 2 modles available that year(Gas and Diessle), the diessle was the freak show of the two and the gas one was very classie IMO. Also not to mention my grande father gave me his old 81 when I was 16.

Spec's and Pic's of your mistry car below

Not to mention the torque steer (it's FWD of course), like they said, GM and Ford would probably rather forget about that era....

So as long as they update the powertrain it would be pretty good
